We are a team of about 40 different talents, skills, brains, personalities, and characters, united by a common fetish of adding colour to your story. Providing a full suite of services right from the pre-production stages, production and up to post-production, we make sure that every step of the video production journey is creatively thought out through a freeflow of ideas. Our flair in storytelling has brought us far beyond our shores, making us only better in proofreader what we are doing.
Roslee YusofExecutive Producer / Director
Ros is the co-founder of freeflow and loves playing the bad cop. He loves telling stories (both true and false ones), that’s why being a film director was perfect for him. He also enjoys a love-hate relationship with everyone in the company.
Alan is a man of many skills – like nunchuk skills, bow hunting skills, computer hacking skills, etc. He is also bred for his skills in magic. A big film geek, he enjoys watching and making videos of all sorts. He once let the droids that he was looking for pass, and has forever regretted that decision. He believes that if it bleeds, he can kill it.
Peggy joined the dark side of directing after 5 years in the editing empire. Contrary to popular belief, she is actually not that naggy. Don't judge her by her profile picture, because that's the only selfie she's taken in her ENTIRE life.
Leo is British, though his surname is Polish, and though (according to Singaporean taxi drivers) his accent is Australian. He must be a glutton for punishment because, besides a passion for directing films and stories of all lengths, shapes and sizes, he also attempts writing novels and screenplays and his artworks are exhibited internationally.
Jenny is a cat in human form. On bad days, she scratches anyone who stops her from eating or sleeping. On good days, she enjoys straying around for visual ideas.
Kian PingAssistant Director
A lovable Penang boy, Kian Ping quit dealing with numbers to embark on a journey of filmmaking. He used to be a music and photography enthusiast before he decided to combine the two – to make films. He finds European films as dramatic as the life he has had so far and indeed he loves dramas. He doesn’t have a pet to play with on weekends but he has a guitar.
Jeff stays in room no. 02-02.
He listens to music while watching a film.
He reads a book while sleeping.
He dreams while living in reality.
Jill SoongSenior Producer
I ♥ unicorns
Tiny and silly, she has enough personalities to entertain you the whole day. Sometimes, she talks to them to rally their spirits for the next project.
This is Kit. She has the uncanny ability to imitate others effortlessly. Also, she eats way too much for her own good.
She hails from the Land of Smiles, Ploy represents the Thai nation and its beautiful culture. She has all the chops to make your ads fly like Bird Thongchai. Rumour has it that she once survived a 12-hr drinking session. If you hear a funny accent along the corridor you know she has arrived.
My resting bitch face is stronger than yours.
Abdul Malek RamliAssistant Producer
This is Malek. He is at the beach wearing a Freeflow T-Shirt, riding a horse with a cigarette in his mouth. He is doing all these things while he is working.
When she’s not working, this (not so) fluorescent adolescent is either stuffing her face or starving her wallet by buying things she doesn’t need.
Daniel takes his daily dosage of sports updates. He finds joy confusing new opponents by switching hands in a badminton game. A beatbox lover, he believes he is doing sounds (not spitting) when no one is around. This is probably Daniel’s thing.
Sarah DevarajDirector’s Assistant
A lover of all things weird, and fiction that makes your skin crawl (n a good way). She also likes lollipops and the occasional hike.
Asyiqin M YazidCasting Manager

BellCreative Services Executive
Bell opens her mouth.
“Excuse me? Do you have food? Thank you.” Bell closes her mouth.
Do not approach if you have no food to offer in exchange for her attention. Or books. Or a good film recommendation, as a last resort.
Roger HiewHead, Writer
Oldest fossil found in freeflow and Tanjong Pagar. You can get him to do anything by bribing him with banana. All in all another Yishun weirdo.
Stacey doesn’t like to drink Teh-C.
Neither does she like her name spelled without the letter “e”.
She has a heart for rescue dogs and fosters them before they are adopted.
Mag is a decent cook. But the only stuff she cooks are stories. She spends way too much time on the amazing INTERNETZZ instead of stopping to smell the roses. Personally, she prefers Eustomas, Snapdragons and Lilies.
Spencer WongHead, Post Production
I ♥ editing
Her type-A personality fits her producing role to a T- she makes a note of everything she needs to do on every post-it colour you can think of. She likes sleeping, eating and Royce chocolate-covered potato chips. When she’s bored, she likes to play boardgames and bake cookies.
If there is a need to work through the wee hours, she relies on candy.
Not a coffee drinker.
P.S. She’s taken.
Wei TingAssistant Producer
Wei Ting is your girl next door; sweet and endearing, with just the right amount of sass and edge. One of Wei Ting’s skills, codenamed “Phoenix”, allows her to rejuvenate and reset her looks, no matter how little she slept the previous night. During her free time (she rarely has any), she indulges in all kinds of sports and arts. Her other skills include conversing with a rustic Malaysian accent, and hounding Zhong Zhi for marriage.
Omar De VeraSenior Editor
Omar gets to play with what is captured on camera and weaves his own touch with each of his projects. He does his work in a room named “Vegas” and if that made you stop and think… the answer is no, you will not see poles inside.
Jay is the unofficial healthcare editor in freeflow. He likes sports and hopes he has more time in the field than the edit room. His favourite quote is from Confucius, “It does not matter how slowly you can go, so long as you do not stop.”
Doing what she loves and loving what she does. They say 'Creativity is intelligence having fun'. Well, maybe that’s why she’s always having fun at work. (Though sometimes, a little too wild.)
If you're looking for Jon, you're looking for the badass with the tattooed arm and hipster glasses. Don't worry, he's a nice guy. But he will out-drink you, out-smoke you, out-injure-leg you before editing your 1980s home video into an Oscar Gold. No @#$%.
From a young age, Jowell was interested in stories, be it movies, television, of books. Now as an adult, he may not be the one with the vision, but he's the one that helps visionaries achieve the shows in their heads. He treats each spot as a puzzle, digging through the permutations to find the right sequence that will hit the viewer where it counts.
When he's not at his desk, he reads books and watches films. He thinks about life.
P.S. He’s taken.
“I very tired. I want to sleep.”
Meet Zhi Lin. Like everyone, she loves to sleep. She rejects (almost) all after-work party invitations just so that she can knock off and head home to her bed. However, she always ends up doing other things, and then complains afterwards that she doesn’t have the time to sleep. She suspects that this lack of sleep resulted in her being fun-sized.
Kenneth was one of our brightest interns, with savvy tech skills and intriguing vision.
After finishing his duties as a Singaporean son, he returns to us with full glory and fiery passion. A little known fact about him – after a few drinks, he can’t really control his decibel levels and the urge to eat anything he wants.
Pavani loves coffee.
Kun TatAssistant Editor
Some time ago in school, Kun Tat realised that the best way to nap and wake up in time for his lectures was to sleep behind the lectern. If only his other Rube Goldberg-inspired solutions all work just as gracefully.

Gerry “16chweekuehs” counts but is never calculative. She nags but doesn’t annoy. She rules because she cares. Fusses over her three babies: Finance, HR & Administration. Widely acknowledged as the only soul in freeflow who follows rules. A huge RDJ (aka ironman) and Oscars fan, she aspires to start her own old-school ice cream parlour someday.
JessieFinance & Admin Executive
Despite the gift of having a resting b*tch face, Jessie is in actuality a super friendly person who makes friends easily. She constantly wanders around the office, in between all her very important tasks, to share her secret stash of chocolates and candies. In addition to the many things she juggles in the office, she still finds time to have many hobbies, of which, controlling budget and eating is definitely at the top of the list.
Minnie ChanReceptionist & Admin Executive
Skinny as she is, Minnie enjoys her full-portioned rice and Cai Peng on a daily basis. Extremely conservative, she aims to gain more confidence and weight at the same time, which in Freeflow, is never a problem.

RevenBusiness Development Executive
Reven’s in the right industry because according to him, any video with his face will have at least 100k Likes. Just like his name, he doesn’t turn things around and say “never”. It is a life skill to laugh at yourself and Reven has mastered that well. There is no guarantee you would understand all his jokes.
Priscilla ChuaBusiness Development Executive
Pris has a fascination with reading, especially historical fiction. She smells the pages of her books instinctively while she reads and doesn’t read the books she buys. Despite looking like a JC student, Pris is in fact not underage. In her spare time she likes to save Planet Earth. Her first favourite cartoon hero – Captain Planet or Bananaman.
Mark ChuaManaging Partner, Director
Mark just wanted a one-year break from legal work, but ended up as a co-partner of freeflow. His meticulous eye for details makes him pick out even the tiniest flaws that others will miss.
Sarah TayAssistant Producer
Sarah Zoë loves stories that speak to the heart so you’re likely to find her buried in a good book. Her idea of a perfect night consists of food, good friends and a hearty conversation with her tabby cat when she gets home. Has she mentioned that she’s the ultimate Pixar fan?
Mark is a lifelong film buff who has had a love-hate relationship with the Oscars since the age of eleven. However, he somehow ended up an Engineering graduate, summer camp counselor, insurance agent and secondary school Mathematics teacher before finally embarking on a career in scriptwriting.
Cinematography is this “animal’s” thing.
He sniffs, growls, frowns and then eyes with glee.
Take him out for a walk or recce, and a self-serving bench is advised.
Specimen type: Full-time Cinematographer, 24/7 Foodie
Meet the real Hawkeye. Remigio is the company’s Pacquiao, manning the Camera Department’s inventory & bookings with lethal precision. His shuffling feet took him from a coffeehouse to a production house.
Where C.A. Remigio heads off next is anybody’s guess.
